Weekly Roundup - October Outfits

Happy Friday! I hope you all had a wonderful week and are gearing up for a great weekend! I wanted to take a moment to roundup some of my posts for the week. It’s something I want to get better at doing because I can save links here rather than using an Instagram Story that will just disappear. It’s a great way to link some of my Vici items, as well, as I’m not able to link those for you in my liketoknow.it account.

Without further ado…

fall striped sweater

Sweater | Jeans | Denim Jacket

This Vici Dolls sweater is the lightest weight with a comfy fit. It’s ultra soft and has a stretchy material that’s really flattering. I don’t normally gravitate towards color but I love the festive feel for the season and how it’s still neutral enough thanks to the black and tan stripes. I can see wearing this one for a trip to the pumpkin patch or thrown on with leggings for on-the-go days.

I’m wearing an small in this one and it’s just $42. Remember you can always grab 20% off with code ‘shop20.’ The white jeans are also from Vici and I’m wearing a size 1.

fall dress

Dress | Sneakers | Bag

I got this & Other Stories floral dress in the mail last week, tried it on and didn’t want to take it off! It’s such a sweet, flattering fit and I adore the moody fall floral, sheer sleeves and subtle feminine touches. This is the perfect fall dress to wear with a denim jacket and sneakers, give some edge with a black moto jacket and booties or layer with a cardigan. I can also see it looking adorable with a trench coat and rain boots.

I’m wearing a US 2 and it fits true-to-size.

grey cardigan and cami

Cardigan | Cami - similar here | Jeans

You guys may have seen this outfit on the blog already and I shared it again because it’s such an easy combination that feels effortless yet chic and put together in an instant. This is the cardigan I picked up during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and it’s become one of my most lived-in pieces. It’s a wool blend, so it had a slight scratch to it at first but it’s softening up perfectly and I love the deep pockets. It’s the best for errand days or walking the dogs.

This one is one-size and I’m 5’6” for reference.

camel cardigan

Cardigan | Jeans | Flats

I popped into Anthropologie after a Tuesday night dinner and instantly fell in love with this camel cardigan. It’s a bit of a splurge (I tried to resist) but I know this will be a forever staple that gets plenty of wear in my wardrobe. Cost per wear is huge for me and timeless, well-worn staples are a no-brainer in terms of investment.

This cardigan has an almost robe-like fit and feel and the weight could almost double as a coat—at least maybe in California. It also comes in a gorgeous cream tone, and if you’re in the market for a classic cardigan, I highly recommend considering this one. I grabbed the xs, which is my normal size. Fit is tts.

sweater tee

Tee

Underneath the cardigan shown above, I’m wearing this Anthropologie t-shirt sweater and I am so glad it caught my eye. It’s soft and lightweight and will be a great piece to layer this season in place of your typical tee. I generally like my tops and tees to fit relaxed over fitted and this one is the perfect in-between. It has a bit of fabric for easy tucking and gives off a fitted yet perfectly flattered silhouette. I’m wearing an XS. Generally, I wear a small in tees.

off shoulder sweater

Sweater | Jeans

I love a comfy sweater you never want to take off and this one from Vici Dolls is just that. It’s that on-trend fuzzy style yet the color and fit is still classic. You can wear this off-shoulder, one-shoulder or let it bunch up when you’re snuggled up on the couch. This sweater is your sweater blanket. I’m in the small/medium and it’s long enough to wear with leggings or wear with a front tuck without feeling overly bulky. Don’t forget code ‘shop20’ for 20% off!

As always, thank you for reading and have a wonderful weekend!
