Well, I bought a bunch of things online to pick up in-store but Nordstrom has been so busy, I'm still waiting to receive confirmation my items are ready. Moral of the story: free shipping always wins.
I still wanted to share a few of my initial try-on's while I'm waiting for my purchases to come. I will also link what I bought at the end of this post. I really did try to focus on classic staples and things that filled a void in my wardrobe. I always have a hard time finding long-sleeve tops for the office, so I grabbed a few easy knits and I can never resist a nude shoe. I cannot WAIT for these Vince flats.
Anniversary Sale Try-On's
I fell in love with this Halogen cashmere wrap which is beyond soft, the perfect classic color and really feels timeless, effortless and chic. I love how it's incredibly versatile. You can wear it as a cardigan, wrap or scarf! This is one-size.
I grabbed this $44.90 Brixton straw fedora while I was in-store and it's so adorable. I love how it's a piece I can actually wear now. I'm wearing a small in the hat.
If you've lusted for a BlankNYC suede moto jacket, this year's version is so good. I think the fit is a little less bulky than the one I already own and the green color feels cool and casual. I'm wearing an xs.
I love a good wrap top. This Leith wrap sweater has been in and out of stock but comes in a bunch of colors. This is the "Tan Etherea Heather" and I adore the effortless fit. I'm wearing a small for a slightly looser silhouette.
I tried on this Halogen cardigan by accident but I really love the color and fit. I can see living in this paired with leggings and sneakers through fall and winter. This is a wool & cashmere mix, so definitely cozy and warm.
