Out of all the prints and patterns out there, floral has got to be my fave. I always look forward to spring and summer when flowers are flourishing both in the ground and on the racks. I am drawn to floral like a moth to a flame, so when I saw this skirt at Target months ago, I knew it had to be mine. I love the soft peachy-pink color with the pops of blue, the feminine fabric, and swingy silhouette. There's something about a swing skirt that just makes you want to twirl, and I may have done a twirl or two. Or three.

This weather has been a bit confused here in the SF Bay Area, and a few days ago I was enjoying 70 degree weather and gearing up for Fall. When I realized we were back in the 90's I was momentarily annoyed until I remembered that meant I can get a little more use out of my favorite summer staples.

So I threw on my swing skirt, a simple navy blouse, and duh, pops of gold. Even after Fall officially rolls in, I can still see this skirt paired with booties and a comfy sweater, or a cute moto jacket. So it looks like I will be falling for floral and I'm definitely okay with that!

Thanks for reading!
