By now, I think you guys know how much I love my denim. It's my go-to for daily wear from work to play and for every season. I will never have too many skinny jeans in my closet and I'm always on a constant hunt for favorite new pairs. Things I look for? Stretchy, super skinny styles that don't bag out and lose their shape and most importantly, comfort. Enter: Wrangler.

I teamed up with Wrangler for their 70th Anniversary and am so happy I snagged these high-waisted skinny jeans. I love the mid-blue wash and comfy fit. I've already worn them a few times and haven't experienced any bagging, sagging or shape loss. I'm also obsessed with anything high waisted lately and how perfectly the style pairs with a crop top or half-tuck.

I've obviously been familiar with Wrangler for years but this is the first time I've tried their denim and I'm so happy I did. Classic and quality pieces that are affordable are always a win in my book. My jeans are under $100 and I also love this denim jacket if you're looking for a timeless, goes-with-everything layer and these boyfriend shorts for the perfect summer staple.

I topped the jeans with an easy black tank and love how the boho coin purse adds a fun touch. Is anyone else boho-obsessed lately? My tassel strappy sandals dress it up for night but you could just as easily keep the look casual with gladiator sandals.

Definitely check out the rest of the 70th Anniversary Collection and let me know what you think! You can also shop my look at this link: go2b.uy/@girlmeetsgold/0

You guys. We had 80+ degree weather this weekend and it felt so good. I think I was Vitamin D deprived. I actually picked up this navy lace camisole while I was out and about over the weekend and wore it the very next day. It will definitely be a staple into spring and all the way through summer. It's from H&M but I couldn't find the exact one online, so I'm linking a few other options. But if you can find it in store, I'm wearing a US 4. I almost always size up at H&M.

I love how feminine and subtly sexy it is, which makes it perfect for date night (or girls night) topped with a faux leather (or suede) jacket for added edge. I think that edgy-feminine mix is so pretty/cool. I'm also really looking forward to wearing little lace cami's tucked into cutoff shorts all summer long. For now, I really love it tucked into my new high-rise Levi's

If you're wondering why I look super tan in these photos (or maybe you're not 😭), it's because a) Golden Hour is magical, b) filters are great and, most importantly, c) I've been using VersaSpa sunless tanners and they're pretty amazing. I have the entire line and my favorite has been the Bronzing Mist plus I also have on the Shimmering Oil here.

I've been using them for a couple weeks now and love the effect. They're very natural, buildable, easy to apply, quick-drying (I can get dressed within 5 minutes) AND they DON'T SMELL! Anyway, I definitely recommend them and have a giveaway running with VersaSpa on my Instagram which you can find here

Thanks for reading and enjoy your week!

I never knew it until last week (i.e. when I got my first pair) but everyone needs a pair of mules (or backless loafers) in their closet. And I mean everyone. I'm a big fan of flats and these just somehow take flats to the next level. It's been so nice to get out of all my boots, booties and sneakers and slip into this style for spring.

This pair by Sam Edelman from Nordstrom honestly might just be the shoe that's missing from your closet. They're the perfect classic loafer style, the cognac color goes with everything and the tassels give them a fun and on-trend touch. To say I'm obsessed would be an understatement.

I've been wearing them with everything since I got them and the best part is—they really do go with everything. I swear they make any outfit feel instantly chic and I kind of can't even wait to wear them with shorts and sweaters as the weather warms. They're such a classic and easy style and the slide aspect makes them the perfect airy silhouette for spring.

I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 and ordered these in the 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I would say they're true to size but if you're in between sizes, size UP! They come in a bunch of colors and even prints. I've also had my eye on a few other mules from Nordstrom like this Steve Madden pair, this Free People pair in black and these in rose gold and blush. (heart eyes)

I first wore these loafers with my new favorite Madewell white tee and love how they take a jeans and tee outfit to the next level. They're just as perfect with this flirty, floral, wrap top from Nordstrom that's pretty perfect for spring. I bought my first wrap top last summer and you guys...I knew they were flattering but it's crazy just how flattering. So cute with jeans, shorts come spring or even layered under a blazer for work. And extra perfect with my new loafers. I'm wearing an xs and sized UP in my Topshop jeans

February Fitting Room Favorites

Happy Wednesday! I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day. It's been a while since I've done a fitting room favorites update so I wanted to take the time to do it this week because I found some pretty perfect new pieces.

Everyone needs the perfect white top. Preferably lots of them. With lace. And a peplum. This top has it ALL, you guys, and it couldn't be more perfect if it tried. Hands down my favorite of the bunch, I swear you need this one. I've already worn it with black distressed denim and my favorite suede moto jacket and can't wait to take it into spring. I'm wearing a small here but ended up ordering an xs. You need it. I promise.

Of all the trends happening this past year, my two favorites are easily the cold-shoulder/off-shoulder trend and lace-up details. This J.O.A cotton top has the best of both worlds and is another easy piece to finish out the winter and take into spring. The grey tone is the perfect light neutral and it's easy to dress up or down. Perfect with black denim and a faux leather jacket for night. I'm wearing an xs.

The wrap top is one of those universally flattering styles and I never knew it until I bought my first one last year. It's such a feminine silhouette and I swear it makes you feel instantly pretty. I love the barely there blush tone of this one by June & Hudson. I had to try it on in a medium (shown here) but you can see it's bunching quite a bit, so I ordered an xs. It would be perfect for work under a blazer or layered over a pencil skirt, too.

The side button detail on this Madewell sweater is my favorite and really makes the sweater—aside from the fact that it's actually crazy comfy. I love the "dusty clay" tone and again how perfectly it will transition into spring with white denim. I'm wearing an xs.

Finally, I love a twist on a plain white tee and this one by Topshop has the prettiest lace hem—and sleeves! It also comes in black and blush but I love the white for a twist (and feminine touch) on a classic. I usually size up in Topshop and I'm wearing a US 4 here.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your week!

Scallop Hem Sweater.JPG

I'm all about a neutral wardrobe but when I do reach for color—blush is usually the one! I popped into Zara last month and found this perfect blush pink sweater. I've been loving chenille this season (I also have this favorite sweater in black and white) because it's soo cozy and soft. I love the scalloped hem on this one and how thick the knit is.

I paired it with black denim and brown booties for a winter feel but I know I'll be taking this one into spring with lighter or white denim and even shorts. I always love a good shorts and sweater combination and this is a great one for that transition.

It's very high quality, comes in multiple colors and is a great price at just under $40. I'm wearing a size small for reference.
